May 8, 2015 - May 10, 2015

“The Earth’s Last Frontier” Mini-ROVs and “Kit do Mar” WORKSHOPS

During the exhibition duration, free workshops on how to use the Mini-ROV will be offered to the public.
We invite you to join us in the lobby exhibition gallery to enjoy this innovating experience.

8 to 10 of May 2015

Mini-ROV workshops: Interactive activities in a temporary pool with a mini-ROV (remote operated vehicle):
Using a temporary pool and simple tools, but somewhat similar to a normal ROV (like a navigation joystick and monitors),
the general public can experience how the deep-sea exploration is performed.

Deep-sea activities (Kit do Mar): “A Sea” of metals:

I. Did you know that the next gold rush may be to the seabed?

II. Is it necessary to go to the bottom of the ocean to get whiter teeth ?
